Kanban boards with stages you define
Every job gets a visual pipeline. Default stages — New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired — work out of the box, or you can create custom stages to match your process. Add a "Technical Assessment" stage, a "Hiring Manager Review" stage, or anything else.
Drag candidates between stages. Each card shows the candidate's name, AI score, interview completion status, and days in stage. When a candidate has been sitting in "Screening" for 5 days, you'll know.
Share candidates without sharing logins
Hiring managers don't want another dashboard. CandidReel generates shareable review links for individual candidates or entire shortlists. The recipient sees the video, transcript, AI summary, and a simple rating form — no account required.
Links expire after a configurable period (7 days by default) and can be revoked at any time. Review feedback from external reviewers flows back into the candidate's profile automatically.

Add team members with role-based permissions: Admin, Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Viewer. Recruiters manage the pipeline, hiring managers review and rate, viewers can see but not modify. Everyone's ratings and notes are tracked separately so you get a clear picture of consensus.
