CandidReel + Greenhouse

Your video interview data belongs in your ATS, not in a separate tab. CandidReel connects to Greenhouse with a webhook-based integration that pushes AI scores, transcripts, and recruiter notes directly into candidate profiles — no copy-pasting, no context switching.

How it works

1. Connect your Greenhouse account

Go to Settings → Integrations in CandidReel, paste your Greenhouse API key, and authorize the connection. The entire setup takes under 5 minutes — no engineering team required.

2. Map your interview stages

Choose which Greenhouse stages trigger a CandidReel interview invite. When a candidate enters your “Video Screen” stage, they automatically receive an interview link — no manual sending needed.

3. Candidates record, data syncs

Once a candidate completes their video interview, CandidReel pushes the AI summary, individual question scores, overall rating, and transcript back to their Greenhouse profile as a scorecard. Recruiters and hiring managers see everything without leaving Greenhouse.

4. Advance or reject from either platform

Stage changes in Greenhouse reflect in CandidReel's pipeline, and vice versa. Two-way sync means your team always works from a single source of truth.

What syncs between CandidReel and Greenhouse

  • Candidate profiles — name, email, resume, and application data sync bidirectionally
  • AI scorecards — overall rating, per-question scores, and written AI summaries appear as Greenhouse scorecards
  • Transcripts — full interview transcripts attached to the candidate profile
  • Recruiter notes — any notes or ratings added in CandidReel push to Greenhouse activity feed
  • Stage changes — moving a candidate in either system updates the other
  • Video links — a direct link to the candidate's recorded interview is embedded in their Greenhouse profile
